SMS Appointment Reminders
Our Law Firm offers an optional text-message (SMS) appointment reminder service to its clients. This page explains how clients consent to receive these messages, what messages they will receive, and how to opt out at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.
How Clients Opt In (Consent)
Consent is collected directly from each client and is never purchased, rented, or shared with third parties. A client may provide consent in any of the following ways:
- In person or in writing. During intake or while working with our staff, the client agrees to receive SMS appointment reminders at the mobile number they provide. A staff member records this consent in the client's record.
- Double opt-in by text. Our office sends the client a one-time opt-in request. The client confirms by replying YES. No automated reminders are sent until that confirmation is received.

- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver appointment reminders for Our Law Firm. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with the messaging provider strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.
